Jedmar
Two native shopping apps and interactive parts diagrams for the Jedmar tool centre.
Both apps are in the App Store and Google Play, and the diagrams are public on jedmar.pl. The jedmar.pl store existed before and is not our work.

How we built it
Jedmar sells tools in Poznań and has over 1400 products on PrestaShop. Shopping from a phone was painful, and finding a part for a nail gun meant calling support and leafing through manufacturer PDFs.
We built separate apps for iOS and Android. They have a catalogue of about 190 categories, search with filters, a cart, a map for picking an InPost locker, six payment methods (PayU, PayPo, iMoje, Comfino, Caraty, InPost Pay), an account with order history, an EAN scanner, push notifications and Face ID login.
The diagram module holds assembly drawings of 73 tools with about 7500 clickable markers. Each marker leads to a specific part and an add to cart button. The data lives in one place, and the diagrams work on the store website and in both apps.
PrestaShop stayed the source of truth. The apps talk to it through an API layer on Next.js, and the catalogue syncs every few minutes. The iOS version has 96 automated tests, and every release goes through TestFlight and store review.
