How we built it
Underwater.pl runs courses, organises trips and sells gear. The old Joomla site struggled to hold all that together, and changing a course date meant digging through content.
We built one Next.js app with Payload CMS: the front end and the editorial panel on one address. Courses have dates in the calendar, trips and galleries have their own sections, and the store runs alongside with a cart and orders. The data model has 21 collections. Panel roles separate editing, orders and administration.
Page and product addresses match the Joomla site, because that limits the risk of losing Google rankings after the move. Videos and maps load only after cookie consent.
